R110 for 10 consecutive days of yoga.

Pay only R120 & do as much yoga as you like over 10 consecutive days. We recommend you do yoga 6 days in a row, rest on day 7 & do 3 more i.e.: you will do 9 classes in 10 days. This is the optimum experience for the 1st timer special, however, it is entirely up to you as to how you want to use your 10 consecutive days. Be advised that in order to fully appreciate and begin to experience the invaluable & infinite effects of Bikram Yoga, it is advised that you do as much yoga as you possibly can in the first 3 months. The 1st timer special is a great spring board to get you sweating ! Please note that the 1st timer special is a once off experience regardless of how many classes you do in the 10 consecutive days.

Important information for your 1st EVER Bikram Yoga class:

  1. Arrive half an hour early. Registration ends 15 minutes before class & no late comers are allowed. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
  2. What to wear.
    WOMEN: Form fitting kit. Shorts & tight gym top are ideal otherwise 3/4 leggings. Do not wear long pants as we need to be able to see your ankles and preferably your knees.
    MEN: Shorts & a vest or light T-shirt. Some men wear their swimming costume, this is perfectly suitable for Bikram Yoga.
  3. We have showers, in which case remember to pack a dry set of kit for after class. Bring something dry & warm to change into after class so that you stay warm. This is especially important in winter.
  4. We do not have lockers, however the studio is perfectly safe & the security gate remains locked at all times. If you have valuables that you are not comfortable leaving in a locker free environment then rather do not bring them to yoga with you.
